My purpose as a coach is to help you shine. I seek to build on what's working to support you in creating an ideal vision of your future. I help clients develop plans with clear and actionable goals to improve specific aspects of their lives. 

My approach is based on creativity and curiosity. Here, we are creating an ideal vision of the future and curiosity charts the path for us to think together, attend to complexity, use your authentic voice, and approach situations using a unique and generative perspective. You do not need to be an artist to apply a creative mindset to your work and life. Creativity is a unique and fundamental aspect of being human and something we do everyday. We create businesses, projects, transitions, conversations, relationships, and worldviews on a regular basis.
